Job Family Definition:

Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet- related computer programs, primarily for end users. Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

Management Level Definition:

Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

  • The Developer is responsible for coding the automation process components as per the Technical Design Document.
  • Develop and configure the automation of processes as per the ‘Technical Design Document’ to meet the defined requirements
  • The Developer will also validate the automation by performing appropriate unit testing, ensuring configuration control is maintained at all time
  • Work collaboratively with Test teams during the system test and UAT phases to fix assigned defects
  • Proactive and quick to deliver tasks at high quality
  • Good understanding of programming concepts
  • Understanding of development methodology and lifecycle

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Typically 2-4 years experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience implementingpo\icies, processes, and analyticmethods (using WorkFusion or relevant RPA Tools, SAP Workflows, SalesForce Workflows, Chat bots using SAP CAI, Einstein BOT, Kore.ai or others, Python)
  • A b i I i ty to apply analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
  • Understanding of business and sales operations processes and practices
  • Using forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying resources and activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery in English and local language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate quality plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options.

Impact/Scope

  • Collaborates with peers, technical and account leaders and external and internal sales partners.

  • Typically partners with highlevel Individual Contributors and Managers.
  • Supports global projects requiring sales operations systems design, implementation and communication.
