The primary function of this role is to implement our Sphera Cloud Corporate Sustainability solution.


Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Support the project manager and EHSS Services team in delivering services related to the implementation of the SCCS system.
  • Prepare and conduct customer solution demonstrations
  • Provide support and assistance to customers after go-live
  • Supporting the testing of the SCCS system as per the client implementation
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of particular sustainability reporting and carbon accounting standards and frameworks, e.g. GRI, CDP, GHG Protocol, DJSI,
  • Work within a schedule expectations and scope-specific assignments.
  • Attention to detail; excellent proofreading/technical editing, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, remains open to others’ ideas and exhibits a willingness to try new approaches.

This role offers the opportunity to grow in the business and extend responsibilities, including:

  • Participating in business analysis and solution design process
  • Solid experience in delivering multiple projects across many vertical industries
  • Delivery of Global projects

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is required:

  • Bachelor’s degree on environmental science or sustainability management or equal
  • Initial consulting experience in a consulting and/or software delivery environment is an asset.
  • Enthusiastic about sustainability and climate change in a business context
  • Strong quantitative or technical background with an excellent aptitude for analytical thinking.
  • Interest and aptitude in working with web based-software and excel spreadsheets
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work with remote teams
  • Willing to be flexible in working arrangements around projects
  • Excellent English language skills
