About this opportunity:
An experienced Solution Architect / Engineer responsible for driving end-to-end solution design, integration, and deployment for 5G Cloud Core, EIAP (EIC & rApp) platforms across cloud-native and hybrid environments. The role requires strong cross-domain expertise, hands-on technical leadership, and the ability to guide complex multi-vendor, multi-technology solutions
What you will do:
Lead the complete solution lifecycle for EIAP (EIC & rApp), 5G Cloud Core-covering requirement analysis, High-Level Design and Low-Level Design.
Architect and oversee deployments across cloud-native, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
Design, customize, and optimize EIAP workflows, rApp functionalities, EIC integrations, and EO/LM automation logic.
Perform cross-domain API integrations between LTE, 5G Core, Radio, and orchestration systems ensuring seamless E2E interoperability.
Hands-on deployment & troubleshooting of Ericsson 5G Core component.
Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, NFVI, CNIS, and Security teams to ensure CI/CD readiness, automation-driven deployments, and compliant software releases.
Support performance optimization, scalability improvements, resilience validation, and continuous service enhancements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture, deployment blueprints, interface specifications, and operational runbooks.
Engage with customers and engineering stakeholders to drive use-case onboarding, testing, validation, and acceptance cycles.
Provide senior technical leadership and mentoring on EIAP, EIC, rApp, and 5G Core best practices.
The skills you bring:
12 + years of experience
Experience with Ericsson Intelligent Automation Platform (EIAP) rApp development or SDK usage.
Hands-on integration with , AI/ML frameworks.
Understanding of Ericsson dual-mode 5GC deployments (SA/NSA) and migration strategies.
Knowledge of Ericsson transport & IP networking platforms
Basic scripting (Python, Go, Bash) for test automation and workflow customization.
Experience with enterprise/private 5G, rApp ecosystem onboarding.
