Manager - Learning (India)
Role Overview
The Manager - Learning will support the design and execution of learning and development initiatives across India. This role will work closely with stakeholders across HR, business teams, and the Talent Development Center of Excellence to deliver impactful learning programs aligned with organizational priorities.
This individual will contribute to identifying learning needs, supporting program delivery, and ensuring effective execution of talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Support the design, execution, and delivery of learning programs and development initiatives
Track and measure program effectiveness using defined learning metrics and KPIs
Ensure high-quality delivery of training sessions and learning experiences
Collaborate with global and regional teams to align programs
Support enhancements to learning pathways and content
Stay informed on emerging learning trends
Work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree required
12+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably with leading IT or consulting organizations
Experience supporting learning programs and stakeholder coordination
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Professional services experience is a plus
Strong communication skills; fluency in English required
