The HR Data Management Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our human resources data. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining employee information within our HR systems, supporting data-driven decision-making, and enhancing HR processes through effective data management.
Job Summary:
As the HR Support Specialist within Employee experience team, the candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and a solid understanding of HR information systems. By collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams, the HR Data Management Specialist will contribute to the optimization of our HR operations and the achievement of organizational goals.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry and maintenance of employee personal and job-related information in PeopleSoft and HCM system
- Provide specialized support tailored to the unique needs and compliance requirements of each region we serve.
- Conduct regular audits and data validation to maintain the highest standards of data quality and integrity.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve data management practices.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive employee information.
- Accurately analyze and update employee data in PeopleSoft/HCM, ensuring completeness and performing basic accuracy checks as per established processes.
- Work on daily Business-As-Usual (BAU) reports and Data Integrity reports to maintain high data quality standards.
- Act as a point of contact for requestors, addressing data-related queries and providing necessary assistance.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned requests, and follow up to ensure all requests are closed to completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients to minimize follow-ups and ensure clarity in data handling processes.
- Contribute to key initiatives and projects, providing support and testing during HR enhancement projects.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with risk and compliance policies is a plus.
- Graduate in any stream with 1- 2 years of experience in HR operations
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft/HCM or similar HR systems.
- Working knowledge on HCM Cloud or other HR applications, PEGA, Service Now tool
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR data management, HRIS administration, or a related HR role.
- Experience with specific HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to generate insights from data and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and auditing data.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- HR certifications or data management certifications are advantageous but not required.
