Position Overview:
NucleusTeq is looking to engage HR Interns to support real-world HR deliverables. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support ongoing hiring initiatives and operational activities. This role offers structured exposure to end-to-end recruitment life cycle, and provides opportunities to develop core HR skills in a highly driven and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to incoming applications in a timely and professional manner
- Screen resumes in line with the current and potential recruitment needs, coordinate interview scheduling and manage the overall communication with the candidate and interviewing panel
- Maintain accurate trackers and assist in preparation of reports and documentation.
- Support employee onboarding tasks
- Assist in other HR functions as needed, including training enablement, performance management etc.
- MBA (HR) (Final Semester or completed)
- Excellent communication, high ownership and bias for action.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva and other related AI tools
