The Job
- Provide administrative support to the P&C team as needed
- Liaison between P&C Business Partners and Recruitment
- Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires in assigned region(s)
- Coordinate Employee Engagement initiatives and office events
- Training system administration and compliance
- Facilitate background check process for incoming associates globally
- Lead full-cycle recruitment & selection process for co-op program
- Maintain accurate reporting through timely system updates to ensure data integrity
What Skills you bring
- Required
- Good knowledge of MS office tools
- Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information, and all matters of confidentiality
- Desired
- Experience with UKG Pro an asset
