To Manage and works for active communication among the residents, co-workers, superiors.

·        Providing help and advice to residents/tenants in case any help they ask for.

·        Communicating courteously with residents by telephone, email and face to face.

·        Manage the help desk reception area, greeting residents, visitors, and vendors professionally

·        Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions and service requests in the property management system.

·        Log, track, and coordinate maintenance requests and complaints through the work order system.

·        Investigating and solving residents' problems.

·        Liaise with Security team in case of lost and found and communicate with residents.

·        Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with residents.

·        Producing written information for residents, often involving use of computer packages/software;

·        Developing feedback or complaints procedures for residents to use.

·        Get residents feedback and liaise with respective departments HODs for any remedial action.

·        Perform all work as assigned by the Property Manager as deemed necessary to maintain and operate the Mall at an optimum level.

·        Follow up on pending service requests to ensure timely resolution

·        Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor teams for service delivery

·        Escalate urgent issues to property management as appropriate

·        Maintain service request logs and generate reports as required

·        Maintain resident databases and contact information

·        Assist with move-in and move-out documentation and coordination

·        Process facility booking requests for common areas and amenities

·        Handle visitor registration and access card/key management

·        Maintain records of deliveries, courier packages, and mail distribution.
