We are looking for a Service Delivery Line Manager to lead and drive delivery excellence for Network Management Custom Application Software Development. The role is responsible for managing service delivery execution, operational performance, people leadership, financial management, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with Ericsson processes, standards, and strategies.
The scope includes management of internal workforce and ARPs involved in delivering projects across Network management product and EDA Custom application development activities. What you will do
