The Opportunity  

This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. 

 

As the HCP Omnichannel Marketing Manager you will be accountable for ensuring that engagements initiated by commercial teams are channel agnostic and customer centric. You will be engaging across commercial and cross functional teams in maintaining, augmenting and evolving customer engagement journeys, channel level assets and data that fuels insights.

What You’ll Work On 

  • Leads HCP omni capability design & execution guiding digital / omnichannel delivery for media, planning, CRM, RTEs and content
  • Partners with and across functions to develop HCP omnichannel vision, strategy and pull-through, manage deployment of omni capabilities consistent with brand strategy
  • Create, maintain and augment HCP segment specific journeys orchestrated to engage with right message at the right time through right channel.
  • Identify engagement patterns and deduce insights to create a proactive action plan for marketing collateral development
  • Defines the data strategy for omnichannel and designs omni measurement plans and learning experiments
  • Provide analytic insights to Strategy, Operational, Leadership metrics that feed into Omni Dashboard development
  • Collaborate with sales and training teams to plan and support in training and reinforcement of content and enhancements
  • Accountable for identifying champions to manage change across different teams to embrace new way of working.
  • Work closely with platforms and enablement team to enhance journeys, expand on data inputs to further refine next best suggestions orchestrated across channels.

Required Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree with at least 4-6 years of related marketing experience, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • MBA, MS Degree in Business

  • Strategic Consulting Experience

  • Excellent collaboration skills in a large, complex and matrix organization with a dynamic environment

  • Understanding of omni channel orchestration, segmentation analysis, targeting efforts, creative/messaging coordination

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic and ambiguous environment

  • Strong strategic thinking, executive presence capabilities, and attention to detail

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills including ability to create impactful power point presentations with visual storytelling and adjust the story/details based on the audience

  • Familiarity with latest analytical tools and dashboarding technologies, data warehousing, software, process, and applications (e.g., SQL, Tableau, AWS, Python, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, etc.)

The base pay for this position is

$125,700.00 – $251,500.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
