We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager with strong B2B technology marketing experience across data, AI, SaaS, or technology consulting services. This role will own the marketing function across strategy, content, demand generation, outbound campaigns, account-based marketing, events, and brand building.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and strategic marketer who understands enterprise technology buyers, can translate complex technology concepts into compelling content, and has a proven ability to generate qualified pipeline through marketing.
Requirements
Who You Are – Non-Negotiable
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, particularly across data, AI, SaaS, analytics, or technology consulting services.
- An exceptional writer who can create insightful, thought-leadership-driven content for senior enterprise audiences rather than relying purely on conventional marketing copy.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology buyers, including CDOs, CFOs, CTOs, CPOs, and PE Operating Partners, along with their business priorities, challenges, decision-making processes, and key performance metrics.
- Ability to use AI tools as a marketing multiplier to improve research, ideation, content creation, analysis, and execution while maintaining strong independent judgment and originality.
- Hands-on experience building and executing outbound marketing campaigns, including campaign sequencing, cold LinkedIn outreach, messaging, experimentation, and performance tracking.
What Sets the Right Person Apart
- Experience marketing Databricks, cloud data platforms, AI/ML solutions, data engineering, analytics, or technology consulting services.
- Experience working with Financial Services (FinServ) or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) audiences and an understanding of their business and technology priorities.
- Proven experience building a B2B content marketing programme that generated qualified pipeline, meetings, and business opportunities rather than focusing solely on impressions and engagement.
- Experience building or contributing to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes targeting specific enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B growth channel, including content formats, audience building, engagement, distribution, and conversion.
- Ability to develop a strong point of view on B2B technology marketing and create content that builds credibility with senior decision-makers.
- Experience organising or contributing to B2B events, including roundtables, community events, executive dinners, and industry forums, with a focus on pipeline generation.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing, MQL generation, and marketing-to-sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Marketing Strategy- Develop and execute an integrated B2B growth and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own marketing initiatives across content, demand generation, outbound campaigns, ABM, events, and brand building.
- Identify new channels and growth opportunities to increase awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.
- Create high-quality, insight-led content for enterprise technology audiences.
- Develop blogs, thought leadership articles, LinkedIn content, case studies, reports, and sales enablement materials.
- Translate complex concepts across data, AI, analytics, and cloud technologies into compelling business narratives.
- Build a strong executive and company presence across relevant digital channels.
- Design and execute outbound campaigns targeting relevant enterprise accounts and decision-makers.
- Develop compelling messaging for LinkedIn, email, and other B2B channels.
- Track campaign performance and continuously optimise messaging, targeting, and conversion.
- Build programmes that generate qualified leads, MQLs, meetings, and sales pipeline.
- Build and execute targeted ABM campaigns for high-value accounts.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify target accounts, personas, messaging, and engagement strategies.
- Develop personalised campaigns based on account needs and buyer priorities.
- Plan and execute B2B events, executive roundtables, industry forums, and community initiatives.
- Develop event strategies focused on meaningful engagement and measurable pipeline generation.
- Build relationships with relevant industry communities and senior decision-makers.
- Track marketing performance across acquisition, engagement, MQLs, qualified meetings, pipeline, and conversion.
- Use data to evaluate channel effectiveness and improve marketing ROI.
- Establish measurable growth targets and continuously optimise marketing programmes.
