As a Group Product Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of key product initiatives while developing and mentoring a team of talented product managers. Your role will focus on empowering your team to think critically, simplify complexity, and champion a culture of experimentation. What You'll Do:
- Develop Product Leaders: Coach and mentor product managers to build their skills in systems thinking, strategic decision-making, and effective communication.
- Shape Product Strategy: Define and drive product vision across your portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Foster Systems Thinking: Help your team see the bigger picture and design solutions that account for interconnected product components.
- Simplify Complexity: Empower your team to distill complex problems into simple, actionable solutions that resonate with customers and stakeholders.
- Cultivate Experimentation: Encourage a culture of rapid testing, learning, and adaptation to unlock innovation and improve customer outcomes.
- Lead Collaboration: Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless alignment and delivery across engineering, design, and other teams.
- Drive Outcomes: Guide your team to deliver measurable results, fostering ownership and accountability at every step.
About You:

- Collaborative Leader: You foster an environment where diverse ideas thrive and teams work cohesively toward shared goals.
- Experience: 10+ years in product management, with 4+ years managing and mentoring product managers.
- Skills: Proven track record of delivering impactful products, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and strong strategic thinking.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
