Engage are a full-service sports marketing agency who, since 2012, have helped ambitious governing bodies, sports teams and sponsors become future fit. Operating in the UK, India, Australia and the US, we offer round the clock delivery to sports brands including the International Cricket Council (ICC), Real Madrid, Godolphin, New Zealand Rugby and Formula 1.
Your role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who brings strong creative thinking, a love for sports, and the ability to turn ideas into visually striking content. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys ownership of projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment where sports moments’ drive quick, high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-impact graphics for social media, websites, digital ads, and campaign assets.
- Develop original templates, visual themes, and consistent graphic systems for recurring content.
- Handle photo manipulation, retouching, and creative compositing for sports & brand imagery.
- Conceptualize and execute visual ideas from scratch, taking projects from brief to final delivery.
- Collaborate with strategists and social media managers to bring stories to life through visual storytelling.
- Work independently on assigned projects and manage them from start to finish.
- Produce real-time creative assets for live sports moments.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain attention to detail across all formats.
- Stay updated on design trends, sports culture, lifestyle and digital content styles.
Key skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic designing, preferably in Sports
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Advanced skills in photo manipulation, visual editing, and creative compositing.
- Ability to develop templates, layout systems, and new design themes.
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout hierarchy.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas quickly and translate them into polished visuals.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Comfortable handling complete projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight timelines.
- Strong understanding of sports like Cricket, Football, F1, Rugby
Nice to Have
- Experience working with athletes, sports teams, or sports brands.
- Motion graphics or video editing experience.
- Familiarity with creating content for fast paced social media environments.
