Our Global Talent Attraction team is seeking an Employer Branding Campaigns & Paid Media Specialist to join our Global Talent Attraction Center of Excellence.
Shape how the world discovers Mondelēz as a place to work. As our Employer Branding Campaigns & Paid Media Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind the campaigns that attract exceptional talent to one of the world's most iconic snacking companies. You'll own the full candidate journey, from the first scroll on LinkedIn to the moment someone hits "Apply," crafting integrated paid and organic campaigns that make people stop, take notice, and want to be part of what we're building.
You will bring strong B2B or services marketing experience to elevate our paid media approach, expand our platform presence, and ensure robust campaign reporting. You will guide regional teams on how to approach paid and organic campaigns, support them in launching and monitoring activity, and continuously optimize for best results.
This is a role for someone who is strategic and ROI-driven. Someone who knows how to maximize campaign impact through smart planning, precise targeting, and continuous optimization.
This role sits at the intersection of campaign strategy, paid media execution, and organic social management delivering integrated, full-funnel digital campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
You will collaborate closely with our Content Creator and Content Designer to deliver high-impact, integrated campaigns at a global scale.

How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide specialist technical expertise to lead both proactive and reactive Recruitment activities in accordance with MDLZ policies, standard operating procedures and guidelines
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with the People Manager and People Lead providing market insights and accountable for candidate experience, including tracking, assessment, feedback and offer (for externals) and assists with internal offers as needed
- Work with People Managers to establish business requirements and to determine applicant requirements, leads and coaches managers throughout process to drive identification, selection and landing of best talent
- Work with TA Coordinator to deliver the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates
- Source the best candidates for vacancies using range of mediums and channels- owning the creation and execution of a sourcing strategy to generate both active and passive talent for current and future vacancies
- Act as a candidate relationship manager during hiring processes for immediate needs while proactively building talent pools for future hiring needs and provide high-touch support for key Recruitment moments that matter to candidates and hiring
- Collaborate with BU Talent Acquisition Lead an/or TA Lead to understand and implement processes, drive continuous improvement and provide quality service. Drives operational efficiency with a focus on continuous improvement, candidate and hiring manager experience and meeting SLAs. Support BU TA Lead and/or TA Lead with candidate and hiring manager satisfaction monitoring and implementing continuous improvement initiatives

Campaign Management & Strategy
- Own end-to-end campaign management (paid and organic) from strategy through execution, optimization, and reporting, ensuring the candidate journey is optimized at every stage from awareness to application.
- Develop integrated campaign plans (budgets, timelines, formats, KPIs, benchmarks) across paid and organic channels to drive attraction, engagement, and conversion globally.
- Conduct audience, competitor, keyword, and GEO optimization research to inform targeting, messaging, and channel selection.
- Build campaign frameworks that regional teams can adopt and localize for their markets.
- Guide and support Business Unit teams in planning and delivering integrated digital campaigns for their regions.
- Stay current on industry trends, new ad formats, platform updates, and best practices in B2B/services digital marketing.
Paid Media Execution & Optimization
- Set up and manage multi-market campaigns across search, display, social, video, programmatic, and retargeting.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing (creatives, copy, targeting, placements).
- Monitor daily performance and pacing; troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Ensure full-funnel journeys from awareness to consideration to lead generation are optimized.
- Ensure accurate campaign trafficking, targeting, and creative implementation.
- Maintain platform hygiene: naming conventions, budgets, and assets organized and consistent.
- Maximize ROI through smart budget allocation, phased spending, and continuous optimization.
Organic Social Media Management
- Manage and oversee organic social media activity and reporting across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify high-performing organic content that can be amplified through paid media.
- Support and contribute to the global content calendar.
- Ensure organic and paid efforts work together as a cohesive campaign ecosystem.
Stakeholder Management & Regional Enablement
- Act as the go-to consultant for regional teams on paid and organic campaign best practices.
- Influence without authority guide teams across geographies who may have varying levels of digital maturity.
- Manage multiple stakeholder relationships, balancing priorities and timelines across markets.
- Brief the creative team (Content Creator and Content Designer) on campaign needs and provide data-driven feedback on content performance.
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
- Own reporting dashboards for both paid and organic campaign performance.
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing presentations and campaign reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Where applicable, connect campaign metrics to talent pipeline outcomes (e.g., cost-per-application, source awareness).
Requirements
Must-Have
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in recruitment marketing, campaign execution, and paid media management.
- Recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or demand-generation campaign experience (e.g., candidate journey mapping, cost-per-application optimization, talent pipeline campaigns). B2B or services marketing backgrounds with a demand-gen mindset are equally relevant.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across both organic and paid channels.
- Strong platform expertise: Google Display, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, YouTube, Spotify, programmatic, and display.
- Proven ability to deliver strong results through strategic budget management focused on maximizing ROI through smart allocation, precise targeting, and data-driven optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills ability to guide, influence, and support cross-functional and regional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different markets and regions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of talent attraction methods and/or the recruitment funnel.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Nice-to-Have
- Platform certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Phenom, Sprinklr, or similar platforms for nurturing talent pipelines).
- Experience with programmatic and retargeting strategies in a B2B context.
