Responsibilities
- Execute technical, operational, and business activities within assigned functional areas. Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to business challenges.
- Lead projects, process improvements, or operational initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and global teams. Develop, implement, and maintain processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance requirements. Provide guidance, training, or supervision to team members when applicable.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, Finance, Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Leveraging AI, automation and data analytics tools to improve efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes.
