Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, your day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You engage in creating seamless and efficient solutions that enhance client services, applying innovative approaches to address complex business challenges. Your work environment encourages the adoption of modern technologies and agile methodologies, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration within the team to deliver high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to enhance performance and user experience.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong understanding of full stack development principles including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based architectures and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance across multiple layers of the application stack.
- Knowledge of database management and data flow within complex software systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
