Job Title: Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete software development life cycle, from conception to deployment, and will be a key individual contributor to our projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently to produce scalable and high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
•End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our web applications.
•Ownership: Take ownership of the entire development life cycle, from initial concept and design, building, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
•API Development: Develop robust and scalable RESTful APIs and integrate them seamlessly into applications.
•Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
•Quality Assurance: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
•Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks as business needs evolve.
•AI-Assisted Development: Hands-on experience utilizing AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development, refactor code, and enhance problem-solving.
•Comprehensive Documentation: Create, maintain, and champion clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Requirements
•Core Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong, hands-on focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
•Front-End: In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies, including React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
•Back-End & API Design: Strong experience in back-end development using Node.js and Express.js, with demonstrable experience designing and developing secure, performant REST APIs.
•Database: Proficient in database technologies, with deep knowledge of MongoDB and exposure to other database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
•AI-Assisted Development: Experience utilizing AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, refactor code, and troubleshoot complex issues.
•SDLC & Tools: Comprehensive experience with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, utilizing version control systems (particularly Git).
Bonus Points
•Digital Media Pipelines: Experience working with digital media pipelines, including familiarity with various video formats/codecs (e.g., MP4, MKV, H.264/HEVC), streaming protocols (HLS, DASH), and caption/subtitle formats (e.g., SRT, VTT, SCC).
•OTT & Video Workflows: Familiarity with media asset management (MAM), transcoding tools, digital video workflows, and/or OTT platforms.
•Tech Versatility: Experience with other programming languages or frameworks (e.g., Python, Java, or other JS frameworks) and a demonstrated ability to quickly pick up and switch between different technologies.
•Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with cloud computing services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
•DevOps & Containerization: Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
•Big Data: Experience working with Big Data technologies.
