Responsibilities- Pair with the CTO to mine pain points, rank ROI, and define success metrics.
- Ship AI-first utilities or embed them into our existing products; measure impact.
- Debug front-end, back-end, and infra when agents misbehave.
- Safeguard sensitive data; zero tolerance for security regressions.
- Track and test bleeding-edge models, frameworks, and agent designs.
- Full-stack mastery (JavaScript and Python minimum).
- Extensive experience building and shipping SaaS products.
- Production experience with AI/ML systems, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
- Rapid prototyping reflex; features in hours, not days.
- Strong systems-level debugging chops.
- Previous automation work that delivered measurable business value.
- Security mindset for handling sensitive data.
- Self-directed and relentless on the AI learning curve.
