As a Frontline PS Support Engineer on the Support Team in our Gurugram Office, you’ll play a vital role in delivering world-class technical support to our global client base, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. You’ll be the front line of support for Taboola’s clients—tackling technical challenges, improving processes, and helping customers get the most from our platform. You’ll use your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to drive results and make a real impact every day. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in a technical support role

Hands-on experience with SQL and APIs

Proficiency in support tools such as Jira and Salesforce

Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools like Kusto, Grafana, BigQuery, and Kibana

Strong understanding of technical support metrics and best practices

Background handling client escalations and maintaining high satisfaction levels
