Job DescriptionWe are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Frontline Sales Consultant to support dealership operations in delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role involves engaging with customers throughout their vehicle purchase journey, conducting Vehicle Demonstrations, Objection Handling, Briefing Customer on Pricing, test rides & Follow up, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the Dealership team.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle the end-to-end customer sales journey, from initial inquiry generation to successful vehicle delivery.
• Managing day to day dealership operations and customer engagement activities.
• Conduct vehicle product demonstrations and assist customers during test rides to enhance their buying experience.
• Identify customer requirements, address queries and objections, and contribute to successful sales conversions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups and query handling.
• Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the dealership visit.
Ensure to collect necessary feedback from the customer after major touchpoints.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support sales activities and operational requirements.
• Assist in achieving dealership sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications- Fresher Graduates
Candidate Requirements
• Valid Driving License (Mandatory).
• Hands-on bike riding experience (Mandatory).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-friendly attitude with a willingness to support dealership operations.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with the dealership staff.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
