What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Take responsibility of the monthly product reporting process, ensuring complete data accuracy and timely delivery, while continuously driving automation initiatives to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
- Lead quarterly product reporting and analyse key metrics such as New Business ACV, Upsell/Cross-sell, ARR, Revenue, Churn, and Swaps and utilizing AI-enabled tools to identify trends and growth drivers
- Formulate comprehensive P&L frameworks and strategic forecasts for various product lines to support data-driven decision-making across management
- Deliver clear, insightful variance analysis of actual bookings against forecasts, highlighting key business drivers, risks, and strategic opportunities
- Manage monthly and quarterly headcount and operating expense (OpEx) reporting and forecasting (specifically focusing on R&D spend), providing detailed variance commentary and financial walk models

- You think at scale, connecting day-to-day operations to the broader global mission. You focus on building robust solutions, processes, and structures that support a high-growth, global organization.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- MBA in Finance, with a preference for candidates who possess a coding or technical background
- Minimum 2 years of relevant prior work experience
- Exposure to or knowledge of financial, database, and visualization systems including SQL, Tableau, Generative AI / Semantic AI tools, Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, and advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint
- A strong interest in coding, SQL, automated dashboarding, and leveraging AI/ML to solve financial workflows
- Outstanding financial data analysis, interpretation, and critical thinking skills, combined with high diligence
- A keen sense of personal accountability and a "can-do" attitude, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly and thrive in a performance-driven environment
