As a process architect on our team, you will be responsible for supporting the finance function with identifying and documenting opportunities for process improvements, monitoring our intake and demand management process and ensuring governance over our implementation roadmap. You will work on active process improvements with stakeholders, helping with how we design, build, test and implement changes in our finance function.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing and deploying process and system improvements that enhance operational efficiency of our finance function.

  • Collaborate with process owners, cross-functional groups and SMEs to find opportunities for process improvements or system enhancements.

  • Regularly assess and improve finance systems and processes by analyzing and interpreting data and operational KPI’s; – work with process owners to implement operational KPI’s where needed.  

  • Manage intake and demand management process for system enhancements & projects - including prioritization, capacity planning and road mapping.

  • Work closely with our IT partners to plan and execute system enhancements and projects.

  • Project lead larger projects or programs – play a lead role to ensure proper design, build and implementation steps are taken.

  • Provide updates on project progress through transparent and predictable project reporting dashboards.

  • Apply risk management process to ensure mitigations are in place to reduce risk

  • Confirm that adequate testing is performed by SME’s and that key controls are in place and signed off prior to go-live.

  • Act as a liaison between business and tech teams to analyze and resolve software or technical issues.

  • Identify change management needs that drive adoption

  • Lead and contribute to innovative solutions leveraging automation technologies together with Boomi integration and workflow products, as well as new emerging technologies.

  • Be an agent of change and continuous improvement in our finance organization.


Required Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing finance projects, process improvements and system implementations.

  • Technology industry experience preferred. Experience working with SAAS companies is a plus.

  • Finance Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of multiple finance systems with a proven ability to apply this knowledge effectively.

  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders to align on project goals and outcomes.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification is a plus

  • Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adapting to new challenges with ease.

  • Project Management: Capable of leading projects, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, desired outcomes and on budget.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.

  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with solid organizational and planning abilities

  • Dependability: Strong sense of urgency and results orientation, with a commitment to meeting goals and driving business value.


Location: Bangalore Supporting global team and working US EST time zone.
