ProArch is looking for a skilled and highly motivated Finance & Revenue Executive to join our finance team. This role will involve managing various aspects of financial processing and revenue management to ensure efficient and accurate invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:- Process monthly, quarterly, and annual invoices for customers from Autotask to NetSuite.
- Review customer agreement contracts to ensure accuracy before raising invoices.
- Conduct reconciliations with vendor/distributor files to ensure accurate invoices are raised to customers.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to invoicing and payments.
- Prepare cash flows and month-end billing reports for management review.
- Reconcile vendor-related payments with customers and facilitate timely payments to vendors.
- Update internal data (NetSuite) with bank statements by processing receipt entries.
- Pass necessary TDS entries, ensuring alignment with 26AS and following up with customers on any discrepancies.
- Distribute Accounts Receivable (AR) reports to the sales team weekly.
- This position requires a strong attention to detail, accuracy, prompt responses, and timeliness. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-changing and demanding environment and demonstrate adaptability.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or revenue management.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
