The Partner, Executive Search will be responsible for winning senior-level executive recruiting and leadership consulting assignments, representing AMN in the market, and completing sophisticated work-streams with customers.The Partner provides sales, account management, and professional services delivery expertise to a wide range of customers.This individual will lead all aspects of work plans conducted by junior consultants and mentor/coach individuals to meet customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Build trusted, strategic relationships with clients that include a deep understanding of their business, culture, and talent acquisition needs while providing mentorship and advice on strategy, recruitment, and talent planning and management.
- Lead business development efforts for AMN's existing services and build innovative solutions to meet unique customer challenges.
- Drive the delivery of multi-work-stream recruiting and consulting solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Mentor and coach internal talent into future search leaders and strategic client partners capable of selling and implementing recruiting and projects at the highest levels of healthcare.
- Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain premier product development work plans and actively participate in maintaining an innovative, differentiated recruitment process.
- Leverage data, technology, and internal partnerships to create a distinct competitive advantage that will position AMN as a strategic partner and thought leader in full-service leadership solutions across healthcare.
Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 11-14 years of work experience
Additional Experience
- Experience in healthcare, executive search, or other industry-related sales or service roles
- Experience collaborating with customers with sophisticated and competing demands
- Proven business development experience
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$115,500 - $144,000 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
