Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with Program and Portfolio Managers to collect, analyze, and synthesize project and program data, translating it into concise, insightful executive presentations
• Developing high‑quality PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate overall status, key risks, issues, dependencies, and recommended mitigation actions for senior management audiences
• Applying advanced storytelling and visualization techniques to ensure presentations convey a coherent narrative, highlight critical insights, and support informed decision‑making
• Supporting Program and Portfolio Leaders by analyzing metrics and insights across multiple data sources (including project managers inputs, Clarity, and other project management tools) to identify emerging risks, issues, and trends at a program or portfolio level
• Participating in key program and portfolio governance forums to gain context and strengthen the accuracy and effectiveness of executive‑level storytelling
• Creating and maintaining core project artefacts, including kick‑off decks based on approved charters, lessons‑learned documentation, and other presentation assets as required
• Delivering services through the CFPMO Shared Services intake model, meeting defined SLAs while ensuring consistency, quality, and responsiveness
• Contributing to the continuous growth and maturity of the CFPMO India team through capability building, process improvement, and adoption of innovative practices
• Providing a minimum four‑hour overlap with US time zones, with flexibility to extend as business needs require
   

Required Skills

• Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience working in preparing program presentations for senior leadership
• Extensive hands-on in story telling ability through presentation and visualization techniques
• Extensive hands-on experience working with program metrics, insights creation, deeper understanding of statuses leading to new risks & issues
• Extensive hands-on experience identifying, tracking risks and issues at a program level
• Experience working in program life cycle environment covering all phases from inception to execution
• Exposure in leveraging AI tools to enhance day to day work within the role
