About the Role
At Ericsson, we are reshaping Enterprise IT with groundbreaking 5G-centric solutions, revolutionizing connectivity for laptops through seamless 5G integration. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to join our Enterprise Virtual Cellular Network (EVCN) Development Team.
In this leadership role, you will help our team deliver quality products that our customers have confidence and delight in using. You will be responsible for guiding Agile teams, facilitate scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, fostering collaboration, and supporting team self-organization. Candidate should have deep understanding of Agile principles and scrum practices, exhibit leadership, empathy, adaptability, and strong communication skills. Support team by facilitating Scrum events and continuously seeking ways to enhance team performance and agility.
What you'll do
• Coach Agile teams on self organization, cross functionality and accountability; facilitate Scrum events (Stand ups, Planning, Reviews, Retros). • Ensure Scrum principles are understood and followed; reinforce Agile values in day to day delivery. • Proactively remove impediments, manage dependencies, and escalate risks/issues to the right stakeholders. • Enable cross team collaboration and maintain visibility of work via Jira/Confluence. Manage cross-team dependencies • Track and report delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, predictability) to drive data informed improvements. • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions and raise team maturity across large, cross functional initiatives.
What you will bring
• 5+ years as a Scrum Master in a true Agile development environment. • Certifications: CSM, PSM I, and/or SSM. • Demonstrated improvement in team maturity and delivery predictability. • Ability to influence without authority; strong facilitation and communication. Proven ability to coach and mentor team on agile principles and practices. • Proficiency in agile project management tools ( Jira ), documentation tool (confluence); solid knowledge of Scrum/Kanban and the SDLC. • Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration across cultures/time zones. • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills. • Strong leadership skills.
Qualifications • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
