The Role
The entry level process engineer; able to work autonomously with occasional guidance from supervision. Supports the development of manufacturing processes, equipment/tooling alternatives, sequence and flow of operations for the effective utilization of personnel, material, machines and facilities necessary for the production of parts. Work is performed in a centralized manufacturing engineering activity or assembly/plant activity where creativity and initiative is exercised.

Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Masters/Degree in Electrical. Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering
- Requires good theoretical knowledge in specialization and an entry-level understanding of practices and procedures, usually acquired through an undergraduate degree, professional certification, or comparable work experience with some additional limited experience.
- - Critical analysis skills developed through professional study or comparable experience sufficient to identify, describe, and make recommendations relative to business challenges impacting their area on a day-to-day basis. Applies a body of professional / theoretical knowledge and problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve issues.
