The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $282,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 7 years of experience or PhD/JD with at least 5 years of experience or MD/DVM with at least 4 years of experience
- Demonstrated understanding of the pharmaceutical Research and Development and product life cycle process
- Demonstrated ability to effectively analyze and communicate relevant business valuation and portfolio-related information/data to support decision-making processes
- Strong influencing, networking, and team skills, including demonstrated experience of active contribution to successful projects
- Ability to effectively lead global, short-term, matrixed project teams on tight timelines
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and developing mid-term plans
- Experience in leveraging relationships to meet the needs of various business units
