We're seeking an exceptional Director of Growth & Marketing Operations who will serve as the leader of Wipfli's integrated growth, marketing, and operational excellence function in India. This role represents a unique opportunity to lead and develop the existing 14-person team, while building out a world-class team with new functions across marketing, growth and revenue operations to support the growth of a $600M+ organization with ambitious expansion plans across multiple service lines and geographies.

- Deep U.S. market expertise with understanding of American business culture and professional services dynamics
- Technology transformation experience (AI/ML, marketing automation, or digital transformation)
- Measurable business impact: Pipeline growth, revenue contribution, operational efficiency gains
