Director, Field Marketing
AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. Each year, the FDA approves ~6,000 new medical devices. Our platform helps MedTech companies get these products to physicians more effectively so they can improve patient care with the latest technology. We're backed by Benchmark, Redpoint, ICONIQ Growth, and Ajax Health and we help MedTech companies identify how their products are used, understand why outcomes vary, and identify opportunities where physicians can better serve their patients.
In this role, you’ll oversee our field marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement. You’ll work with senior execs to spread the mission of AcuityMD and establish us as a MedTech thought leader. You’ll oversee our budget, manage a growing team, and identify new opportunities to provide VIP experiences for our customers. You’ll also oversee the planning and execution of our annual customer conference, Flywheel, and ensure we’re providing an A+ experience to attendees

As part of the marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, testing new campaign ideas, and driving revenue. Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall field marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
- Align field marketing initiatives with sales goals, product launches, and regional business needs.
- Lead the execution of a comprehensive event strategy, including in-person conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
- Partner closely with sales, customer success, and other teams to integrate field marketing into broader go-to-market strategies.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external organizations, sponsors, and influencers to amplify event reach and impact.
- Implement a framework for measuring event success and tracking field marketing contributions to business objectives.
- Analyze event performance to continuously refine strategies and improve ROI.
Your Profile
- 10+ years of experience planning, managing, and executing both in-person and digital events at scale.
- Proven ability to build and execute integrated field marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Team player who works collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams
- Highly organized with superior attention to detail
