Job Description

Broad JD / Skillset:

  • You will be part of the Corporate Marketing Team creating and executing end-to-end brand and business digital campaigns.
  • Good understanding of key marketing mix and channels is a plus
  • Excellent project and program management skills with the ability to work on simultaneous projects with global teams.
  • Working closely with BU marketing teams, business and senior technical stakeholders to conceptualize, develop and drive the Social media Content Calendar strategy.
  • Adherence with corporate brand guidelines across asset creation while working closely with the content, design and brand team across digital channels
  • Work with our vendor ecosystem to create compelling narratives and enhanced experiences for all modes of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on organic and inorganic social media channels to enhance the company's online presence.
  • Content Marketing: Create and manage the proliferation of informative content tailored to our B2B audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Insta, etc.), including content scheduling, community engagement, and paid promotion campaigns.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement and oversee SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings on platforms like Google etc.
  • Paid Advertising: Good understanding of planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with the agency ecosystem to provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools to ensure our digital marketing tactics remain competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 8-10 years of strategic marketing experience, with a preference for the IT services industry.
  • Proven experience in managing social media channels for B2B companies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in using social media management and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret digital marketing metrics.
  • Creative thinking and a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
