OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
- The Senior Training Analyst role focuses on delivering and improving training across ERP products, ensuring alignment with the ERP Product Management vision while providing an effective end-user experience.
- This role emphasizes identifying opportunities to enhance learning, optimize content quality, streamline training management, improve knowledge transfer, and reduce training costs.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Training Material Development and Maintenance
- Develop high-quality training materials and assets across ERP products, ensuring clarity, ease of learning, and alignment with the ERP Product Management vision.
- Ensure all training materials meet established quality standards and adhere to material development protocols.
- Manage the training inventory, track approvals, and oversee governance for language-translated assets.
- Facilitate the review and approval process of materials with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
- Learning Systems Management
- Oversee activities related to Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Document Management Systems (DMS), applying quality standards and ensuring seamless system operation.
- Ensure training documentation adheres to Takeda's organizational standards, Global IT Compliance Regulations, and GxP requirements.
- Maintain accurate training records and track compliance with established governance processes.
- Continuous Improvement
- Analyze user feedback to refine and enhance training content for improved user experience.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve learning processes, content quality, and training operations.
- Incorporate innovations and best practices into training development to drive effective knowledge transfer and cost efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Alignment
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure training content reflects organizational goals, user needs, and global standards.
- Ensure proper governance and structure for the translation process, maintaining the integrity of training materials across languages and regions.
- Support communication and change management initiatives within the Change and Communications team, contributing to team goals as needed.
- Compliance and Governance
- Ensure all training materials and practices align with Takeda's compliance frameworks and organizational policies.
- Uphold strict adherence to quality assurance standards in all LMS- or DMS-related activities.
- Support audits and reviews by maintaining accurate, compliant, and up-to-date records.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant specialization area (e.g., Training, IS, HR with L&D Specialization) is essential.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in training within an IT function is preferable.
- Experience developing and delivering training across multiple platforms and formats.
- Desirable: Experience specifically in training development and delivery for ERP products such as SAP, JDE, Ariba.
Technical Skills
- Ability to develop training materials (text and design).
- Solid IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new project systems, tools, and design applications.
Language Skills
- Excellent English language skills (required).
- Additional language skills (e.g., Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese) are desirable.
