Our organization is searching for a skilled DevOps Engineer to cooperate with our group of infrastructure specialists in improving and maintained our cloud infrastructure. You'll collaborate with Software Developers, Solution Architects, Quality Assurance engineers and other IT professionals in deploying, configuring, automating, and managing cloud infrastructure components.
As DevOps Engineer you will also be responsible to:
- Install and configure environments and solutions primarily at Microsoft Azure, implement reusable cloud components;
- Create and enhance monitoring systems to guarantee high availability and performance for hosted applications;
- Realize and progressively implement the Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) strategy, providing all necessary tools and enabling software teams to use them to perform CI/CD and test automation;
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them;
- Document and maintain operations & deployment procedures;
- Ensure systems and services meet established Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
- Stay up to date of emerging technologies and industry trends, then utilize them to enhance your cloud infrastructure;
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field. Master's degree preferred;
- 2+ years of experience in operational role of DevOps engineer or SRE (Site Reliability Engineer);
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure and AWS preferred);
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, distributed systems in production;
- Experience with APM (Application Performance Monitoring) solutions;
- Solid experience with Linux flavors (e.g. Ubuntu, RHEL, Oracle Linux, etc);
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and log management tools such as ELK, Prometheus & Grafana;
- Experience with distributed caching systems, such as Redis or Memcached;
- Strong scripting skills primarily in Python & Bash;
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities;
- Experience in implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform;
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent command of English Language (written & verbal).
