- Design, implement, and maintain automated infrastructure and pipelines for our cybersecurity solutions
- Provide support to IT/DevOps teams and monitor infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with Product Management to ensure customer facing documentation is kept up to date
- Provide technical training to Customer Support operation teams
- Strong experience with Linux and Windows Server administration
- Hands-on expertise with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Proficiency in automation and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Solid scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
