Devops and SRE C13 Lead-VP

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised Dev Ops and SRE tooling and processes for the all the suite of applications for Japan Settlements
Responsibilities:

• Incorporate standardized pipelines and processes across all Japan Settlements Systems(JSS)
• Continue to work with the central architecture for continued upgradation on container architecture and pipelines
• Build out of Observability framework for (JSS)
• Work with dev teams for each applications in JSS to incorporate the data touch points and integrations with observability data fabric and dashboards
• Build monitoring framework for continuous review and follow-up for adherence to expected CID/CD Devops and SRE standards.
• Should be able to drive a small team of Dev Ops members to achieve the common goal, and should also be independently building tools and processes to automate and track process adherence.
• Should take care of applications EVOS, vulnerability and Compliance issues.
• Should also help manage the Infrastructure estate and planning.

Qualifications:

• 12-18 years of relevant experience in Dev Ops,CI/CD, SRE management of applications, application and Infrastrcure managements
• Extensive experience Dev Ops, CI/CD and SRE processes, tooling and expectations in a banking organization.
• Ability to work with Development teams and get the tech and Infra capability expectations understanding as well as delivery
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
