Data Visualization Engineer

About the Team
Zoom's Information Technology team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration.
What we’re looking for
- Hold a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years dashboard design and development experience.
- Apply 3-5 years of expertise in Business Intelligence and data visualization consulting, whether in-house or within professional services.
- Have 3-5 years of Tableau-specific delivery projects, including developing and architecting Tableau solutions for large enterprise use cases.
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries with a high level of proficiency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, interpret business needs, and establish meaningful KPIs.
- Exhibit analytical and problem-solving abilities to support data-driven decision-making.
- Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills to convey insights clearly and professionally.
