Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop, implement, and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, communicating findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytics activities.
- Support data governance initiatives and best practices within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Skilled in querying data from data warehouses and data lakes using tools such as SQL, BigQuery, and Salesforce.
- Proficient in data aggregation and visualization through platforms like Looker, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Experienced in communicating documentation and insights effectively using tools such as PowerPoint and Confluence.
- Builds self-serve dashboards in Power BI, Looker, and Tableau to enable independent stakeholder access to key metrics.
- Python, R, or similar data analysis tools/languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a business intelligence or data engineering environment.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and advanced statistical modeling.
