As a Data Scientist, you’ll play a critical role in building scalable models, infrastructure, and solutions that shape our data-driven future.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to extract insights, build intelligent systems, and operationalize data science at scale.

As a Data Scientist, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for real-time and batch processing.
• Work with large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation using statistical and ML techniques.
• Collect, cleanse, and transform structured and unstructured data from diverse sources (APIs, databases, external feeds).
• Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using modern ML frameworks and algorithms.
• Leverage statistical methods and machine learning to solve high-impact business problems.
• Implement model monitoring, A/B testing, and continuous improvements post-deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into data solutions.
• Stay current with emerging ML technologies and apply them creatively and responsibly.

• Apply ML and data analysis techniques with a product-driven mindset.
• Effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Tackle ambiguous problems with structured experimentation and thoughtful design.

Experience:

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in data science and engineering.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, time series modeling, and feature engineering.
• Skilled in ML algorithms such as SVMs, random forest, gradient boosting, etc.
• Experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, and working knowledge of Spark or Hadoop is a plus.
• Explore and apply advanced AI techniques, including Small Language Models (SLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Retrieval-Integrated Generation (RIG), and Model Context Protocol (MCP), to enhance model performance, accelerate insights, and build intelligent, context-aware data solutions.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
