In the role of Data Analyst for the Marketing SEO team, you will deliver insights to important business collaborators and help guide strategic decisions. You will join a globally distributed analytics team and manage analytics tied to Adobe’s SEO Program. Your responsibilities include studying Organic traffic patterns and the factors affecting them both inside and outside the company. You will also explore page and keyword trends to gain insights into website performance. We seek a strategic, analytical problem solver who is meticulous and results-driven. You must be proactive, capable of influencing decision-makers through data, comfortable with change, and keen to learn new analytics methods. Your success will rely on working effectively in a matrixed setting and forming strong working relationships with team members worldwide.
Job Description:Responsibilities:
- Develop insights and recommendations that will help the business and SEO Team make strategic decisions and provide actionable insights for key business collaborators.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business value.
- Apply machine learning models and predictive analytics to identify patterns and improve decision-making.
- Use AI to automate reporting and bring efficiency in work.
- Find root causes, trends, and patterns and how they impact business performance.
- Translate business questions into analytical problems to provide insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings to collaborators in a clear, concise manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to synthesize findings from other analyses and sources to present a comprehensive analysis and recommendations to interested parties.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits of data coming from third parties.
- Bachelor's degree required along with practical business experience in analyzing data. MBA or Masters in a quantitative field like Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or IT a plus.
- 2-6 years of experience in the analytics domain (Web/Marketing analytics preferred).
- Excellent hands-on experience in SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, and Visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau).
- Expertise in Statistics, Data Science & Machine learning concepts.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Experience with SEO tools like SEMRush, BrightEdge, ahrefs preferred.
- High analytical and rigorous approach to problem-solving skills: able to produce, interpret, and draw conclusions from data.
