DESCRIPTION:
Join our e-Business team at Thermo Fisher Scientific and contribute to digital transformation and customer engagement. You'll lead digital marketing initiatives, analyze customer behavior, and optimize our online presence across multiple channels. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll use advanced tools and technologies to deliver data-driven insights and implement innovative digital strategies that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
In this role, you'll manage digital marketing campaigns, develop and optimize web content, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement across our e-commerce platforms. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices in SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and digital analytics while ensuring alignment with our digital strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related field
• Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• Digital Marketing, Analytics, or e-Commerce certifications preferred
• Advanced proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI)
• Expert knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and marketing automation tools
• Strong experience with content management systems (AEM, WordPress) and marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Salesforce)
• Proven track record in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools for performance tracking and reporting
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
• Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and providing actionable insights
• Experience with budget management and ROI analysis
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Fluent English required; additional language skills valued
