Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded professional to join our team as a Data Analytics & AI Solutions Manager. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, building scalable data models, and leveraging AI tools to drive informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical data capabilities and business needs, ensuring data is effectively utilized across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for business improvement
• Design, build, and maintain data models that support reporting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
• Evaluate and leverage AI tools to enhance data processing, automation, and insight generation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how data flows across different organizations and systems
• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable recommendations
• Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to improve accuracy and reliability
• Support the development of dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility
• Drive continuous improvement through problem-solving and process optimization

Required Qualifications & Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-focused role
• Strong experience building and maintaining data models and working with large datasets
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, and understanding of how they can be applied in business environments
• Experience working across multiple teams or organizations, with an understanding of data flow and integration
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in ambiguous situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python, R, or other data programming languages
• Exposure to machine learning concepts or AI-driven analytics
• Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional corporate environment
