Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for business teams
- Perform data analysis to answer recurring and ad-hoc business questions
- Support senior analysts with data preparation and analysis
- Validate data, identify anomalies, and ensure reporting accuracy
- Document metrics, logic, and assumptions clearly
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant data analysis experience
- Exposure to business intelligence tools and structured datasets
- Key Skills
- SQL (intermediate to advanced)
- Power BI and/or Tableau
- Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
- Basic statistics and analytical thinking
- Data cleaning and validation techniques
- Clear written and verbal communication
