About RoleWe are looking for curious individuals to analyse and generate insights for Helpshift engagement and performance. You will be working with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, analyse the data and deliver insights to enable business decisions. As a data analyst, you will need to define & monitor key performance indicators for the product and expedite product diagnostics using data. You will be shaping the future of the product at Helpshift.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Experienced in presenting insights using visualisations with tools such as Metabase, Power BI, Sigma or equivalent
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and support strategic decisions
- Experienced in data modelling and enjoys uncovering trends in the data
- Support ETL/ELT processes and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability
- Utilize Python and AWS cloud tools to automate data workflows and analysis tasks.
- Self-motivated, Curious & detail-oriented
- Enjoy working in fast-paced environments and can adapt to shifting conditions, priorities, or deadlines.
