- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability.
- Skilled in leading technical discussions and decision-making processes within development teams.
- Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex software issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
