As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing particular phases of the product lifecycle. The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration, ensuring that software solutions align with business objectives and deliver value throughout the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms within the SAP environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA database concepts and optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in SAP ABAP and HANA environments.
- Experience working with SAP modules integration and understanding of SAP system architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
