Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the intended requirements. The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to address challenges that arise during the development process, while maintaining alignment with project goals and timelines. The engineer acts as the central figure in managing technical aspects and facilitating collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and application configuration.
- Experience in integrating complex systems and managing application performance.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in O9 Solutions.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
