Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Experience in developing and maintaining custom software components using modern development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application architectures and integration techniques.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize related tools effectively.
- Skilled in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing software solutions for scalability and reliability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
