As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or stages within the product lifecycle. The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and project teams. Collaboration with different stakeholders and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that software solutions align with business objectives and deliver optimal performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with email marketing automation and campaign management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping and personalization techniques.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms and data sources.
- Familiarity with data segmentation, audience targeting, and analytics within marketing cloud environments.
- Understanding of scripting languages and APIs relevant to Salesforce Marketing Cloud customization.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
