Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and tailoring software solutions that align with various phases of the product lifecycle. This role requires engaging with different technologies and methodologies to build or enhance software systems. The work includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensuring that the software supports the needs of clients or projects effectively. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks and adapting to evolving project demands while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality software components.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Document software configurations and development processes to maintain clear records.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience with integrating manufacturing execution systems within production environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes through software solutions.
- Familiarity with data collection and reporting tools used in manufacturing settings.
- Competence in troubleshooting and debugging software related to manufacturing operations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
