Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and deliverables with business strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
- Strong experience in designing and developing custom software solutions using modern programming frameworks.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and contribute to iterative software delivery.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system reliability.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software integration techniques and ensuring seamless interoperability between applications.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Pune office.
